Looking for textbooks?

At the beginning of each semester, students are clamoring to find free or at least, cheaper alternatives for textbook purchasing.

While we would love to purchase all textbooks, budget-wise, it's just not feasible. Instead, here are some alternatives for locating textbooks.

Check the CLC Libraries catalog to locate your book. If you don't find it right away, check the Course Reserves feature and search by your course number or instructor's name.

You may be able to locate your books at general booksellers such as Amazon.com, Barnesandnoble.com/textbooks, Borders.com and Half.com.

You may also want to try these sites for the titles you're searching for:

Cheapesttextbooks.com
new & used books, online coupons

Directtextbook.com
new & used books, online coupons, rental programs, online versions of textboooks

Gettextbooks.com
new & used books, online coupons, rental programs and online versions of textbooks
