Last year during Orientation Week, the Murphy Library hosted a reception for College of Lake County staff and faculty who are published authors. Many of the participants graciously agreed to have their photograph taken so that we could create personal READ posters to promote their works and to promote reading. Please stop by to see the READ posters in the second floor display case (at the top of the staircase). Aren't we fortunate to have so many authors among us?! Thanks to everyone who shared their work with others at the reception! And a special thanks to Julie Britten, who created all the posters with Photoshop and ALA's Read poster software.
